Collection of Anonymous Information

Anonymous data is information all web servers capture about individual visitors’ activity on the site, such as number of pages viewed, menus or advertisements clicked, documents opened, and so on.  This information is tracked, based on the IP address provided to us by your browser or host in all packets sent to our server.  Anonymous information about a single visitor is generally not maintained for much longer than a few hours, or the duration of your connection to the site, after which time it is integrated into the server’s aggregate data.

Collection of Aggregate data

Aggregate data is the aggregate of all activity on the site over time, such as the number of unique visitors, or the number of times each page or object was requested.  Aggregate data is generally retained, and becomes part of a web site’s permanent records. primarily uses a server-side utility called AWStats to aggregate and review historical traffic records for our site.  We also have access to aggregate data provided to us through our third-party advertising programs, such as Google AdSense.  Advertisers gives us access to their aggregate data about the number of visitors who were forwarded to their advertisement pages from our web site.

Collection of Personally Identifiable Information

Personally Identifiable Information refers to information that can potentially be used to uniquely identify or locate you as an individual. You may be asked, and are often required, to provide such information in the creation of online user accounts, while making online purchases, and so on.

Clear Role Definition.  Our staff are assigned clear roles, and have access to only that information directly required by their assigned role.  Role assignments, account access, and passwords are reviewed and changed as necessary or appropriate, to ensure access is tightly controlled.

SSL protection.  When any of our site forms asks users to enter sensitive information, that information will be encrypted and protected using industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protection.

Sharing / Selling of Personal and Corporate information does not share or sell personally identifiable information to other companies or people except as specifically described in this document.

Use of Anonymous and Aggregate Information

Log Files.  Like most standard web site servers, we use log files. This logged data includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks.  The information is used to analyse trends, administer the site, track user’s movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.

Performance Metrics.  We are constantly monitoring anonymous and aggregate information in order to manage our web site better, and to generate reports for internal use. This information provides us with valuable feedback that we can use to improve our site and services.

Consultation.  We may, from time to time, share anonymous and aggregate information with third parties, including, but not limited to, web consultants, web designers, and advertisers, for the purposes of managing and improving our site, performance, service delivery and revenues.  We require non-disclosure agreements from third parties wherever appropriate.

Third Party Advertising.  Some of the ads appearing on this web site are delivered to visitors by third parties. Anonymous and aggregate information about user visits to this site, such as number of times they have viewed an ad, will be used by third parties to manage their ad delivery services on this site. We cannot control how they might otherwise use this aggregate data.

Use of Personally Identifiable Information receives certain personally identifiable data about customers, from such electronic payment organisations as PayPal, when a customer orders products. This information is used to confirm and transfer electronic payment or refunds for products for services, and to establish the country of residence of the customer, in order to determine our liability for local sales taxes, as required by law. will collect personally identifiable data from you when you establish or update a user account on the site.  This information is used only to manage your account and to enable us to identify you satisfactorily should you have problems accessing the account.  Passwords use industry standard encryption and cannot be decrypted or recovered.

Use of IP Addresses.  We do not link IP Addresses from anonymous or aggregate data to any personally identifiable information.

Surveys & Contests.  From time-to-time our site may collect personally identifiable data which you knowingly provide us through voluntary participation in a survey or contest. The requested information typically includes personal contact information (such as name and mailing/shipping address), and demographic information (such as age or geographic location). The registration process will not ask for information that is neither necessary nor relevant under the circumstances.  Contact information would be used and shared with any third-party contest or survey sponsors as necessary, to notify contest winners or award prizes. Users’ personally identifiable information is not otherwise divulged to any third party.  Aggregate demographic information from these surveys would be used to display contest or survey results to all our visitors, and for purposes of monitoring and improving the satisfaction of visitors to this site.

Profiles.  We may store information we collect through cookies, log files, and/or third parties to create a profile of our users. A profile is stored information that would be kept on individual users that details their viewing preferences. Communication with Users

Document Updates

From time to time, we may, at our discretion, contact prior customers at the email address they provided to us, to inform them of updates to documents they have purchased, and to provide updated documents according to the terms and conditions of the sale. All documents sold and delivered by us, and all such updates, advise the buyer to inform us by reply email if they do not want to receive updates or further communication. In such cases, their contact information is stricken from our mailing lists.  However, the personal information related to the original sale is retained for our accounting records as required by law.


Our users are given the opportunity to ‘opt-out’ of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for information.
